SACNAS Chapter Recognition
SACNAS chapters are extremely active in their communities and on their campus locations. Each year,
the SACNAS Chapter Committee honors a number of chapters for their outstanding level of achievement in
public service, mentoring, leadership, and/or community outreach. Chapters are evaluated—based on
annual reports (see below)—on a number of criteria including accuracy of information submitted,
retention of chapter members, innovation of activities and outreach, leadership training, fundraising efforts,
and other aspects unique to the chapter.
