    EXHIBIT BOOTH & RESERVATION INFORMATION

    Dates and Deadlines:

    Online exhibit booth reservations open to 2009 exhibitors: March 25, 2010
    Online exhibit booth reservations open to the public: April 12, 2010
    Exhibit booth reservation deadline for listing in SACNAS Conference Program: July 16, 2010
    Online exhibit booth reservation deadline: September 2, 2010
    Online conference registration deadline: September 2, 2010

    Hall Layout & Booth Options

    The SACNAS National Conference offers approximately 300 exhibit booth locations. Strategic placement of student poster presentations throughout the hall encourages traffic to all booths.

    We welcome you to view the current Exhibit Hall layout.

    • Corporate/Industry Booths: ($2,400) are located together in a premium location within the hall. Corporate/Industry booth package benefits include: One exhibitor registration, an interview booth in the hall, and a sponsor table at the Postdoc and Graduate Student Networking Reception and Postdoc Poster Session.
    • Premium Booths: ($1,650) allow for greatest visibility and are located in high traffic areas (corners, main walkways, main entrance, or special areas of interest).
    • Choice Booths: ($1,250) are located throughout the hall and offer excellent visibility at an affordable price.

    Exhibit Booth Amenities

    • 1 exhibitor conference registration
    • 10 ’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth space
    • 3’ draped side rail and 8’ tall back drape
    • 6’ draped table
    • 2 chairs and a wastebasket
    • Booth identification sign
    • Complete listing in SACNAS Conference Program
    • Listing on current exhibitors page of SACNAS website

    Booth Payments

    Payment methods for exhibit booth reservations include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, purchase order, and direct billing (for payment by check). Invoices are due within 30 days or by 9/2/10, whichever comes first. Exhibitor conference registration is not billable unless it is prepaid during the booth reservation order.

    Exhibitor Registration

    All exhibitors must register separately for the conference from their MySACNAS account—this process is separate from making a booth reservation. Exhibitor registration provides full conference access including all meals, receptions, events, sessions, and conference activities. One exhibitor registration comes with each booth. Additional exhibitor fees: pre-registration $350 and on-site $400

    Reservation & Registration Instructions

    1. Login and update your MySACNAS account (or new users, create a new profile).


    2. Select “Exhibit Booth Reservation” button after login and update process or access your MySACNAS Home page and select “Reserve a Conference Booth”.


    3. Proceed to select a booth, create a booth profile, prepay for additional exhibitors, and complete billing information.


    4. Open booth confirmation email and retrieve booth registration code(s) for use during exhibitor registration payment process.


    5. Distribute prepaid booth registration code(s) to exhibiting representatives who will use a prepaid registration.


    6. Review registration confirmation emails after exhibitors register in the booth to confirm appropriate registration accuracy.
