New TSA Secure Flight Regulations: This year, the Transportation Security Administration has implemented
new information collection procedures requiring airlines to gather additional traveler information, including data of birth

Hotels
Discounted room rates are available at the conference hotel. Attendees should notify hotel reservation staff that
they are taking part in the SACNAS conference when making reservations. The block will open when SACNAS registration
opens on March 23, 2010. Please return here for the link to the hotel reservation system. If there is any confusion with the hotel,

Environmental Meeting Commitment
SACNAS is committed to minimizing the environmental impacts of our annual national meeting. This year we have greatly
expanded our previous green conference efforts. From using ecological alternatives for
conference supplies to creating an extensive carbon offset program, we have stepped up our green procedures. SACNAS is
pleased to be working with all of our conference vendors towards this goal and we invite all conference
participants to take an active role in making the SACNAS conference a green event.
