New PhD/Postdoc Membership
Individuals within the first five years after completion of a doctoral degree, including those currently engaged in postdoctoral training, are encouraged to become new PhD/postdoc members of the organization and take part in our unique postdoc activities.

The New PhD/Postdoc membership fee is $45 per year. However, for the first year of New PhD/Postdoc membership individuals are eligible to receive a membership fee waiver. To take advantage of this opportunity, complete the New PhD/Postdoc Membership Form (PDF) and fax to (831) 459-0194. NOTE: All membership waiver forms must be received by the SACNAS office a minimum of two weeks prior to any conference-related deadlines.

New SACNAS Chapter Student Membership
All members of SACNAS Chapters are required to be current members of the national SACNAS organization. For any students or advisors who have never been SACNAS members before, SACNAS offers a one-year waived membership. Please go to the SACNAS Chapters page to learn how to submit a Chapter Membership Waiver Form. NOTE: All Chapter Membership Waiver Forms must be received by the SACNAS office a minimum of two weeks prior to any conference-related deadlines.

New Tribal College Membership
All Tribal College students who have never been SACNAS members before, are eligible to receive a membership fee waiver. To take advantage of this opportunity, complete the Tribal College Student Membership Waiver Form (PDF) and fax to (831) 459-0195. NOTE: All membership waiver forms must be received by the SACNAS office a minimum of two weeks prior to any conference-related deadlines.

SACNAS Membership Directory
The Membership Directory is a dynamic document that is updated continuously whenever someone becomes a member of SACNAS. Exclusive participation in the membership directory, as well as access to downloads of the membership directory is restricted to current paid SACNAS members. Members may change their settings to be included or excluded from the list at any time. Additionally, Members choose what information they wish to have listed. The directory currently includes over 800 members, including approximately 400 undergraduate students, 200 graduate students, 30 postdocs, 40 precollege teachers, and 140 professionals.
